i took my drivers permit test in manhattan and passed it but, didn’t have enough money to pay it. Can i go here to pay it or do i have to go back to the same place i took it?

You can go to any dmv in NYS. You can also make an appointment online. If u just walk in be prepared to stay at least 2-4 hours.
