DMV is open for processing mail in and drop off. Not open to the public. You can drop off registration and plate surrender only at your nearest DMV drop off box. May sure all your docs are included and application completed before heading down. Perhaps your transaction can be process online. DMV will not open to the public until phrase 3 and by reservation only.
