Do I need an appointment to use drop box? I was told by Albany (who have my request for missing license application) that I can go to local DMV, and ask Security to Drop Box my papers with Vision Test Report. I'd like to do this at FlushingDMV

You don't need an appointment to drop off your documents, just drive in park your car and security guy will help you, for now parking is free.

The parking at the College Point DMV location is not free if you stay longer than 5 minutes.

I have just did that, go to the Bodega next door and park the car. buy something in the store and let the manager know, if it is okay. Afterwards walk to the DMV(next door) and drop it off. It cost 4.00 to park at the DMV. So, parking at the Bodega would be least amount and you have the number 1 parking space and your car will not be towed(by talking to the manager.
