No they don't answer their phone at all if you want a general question answered In the past I have been refferd to their website for general questions or they have told me to go in to a local branch I'm sorry I couldn't be much more help?
If you are referring to calling the post office.....no your not the only one. They dont answer any of their phones. Doesnt matter if its the customer line or the carrier lines.
