I went in there and got an envelope and put what I was mailing in the envelope and I was a little disappointed they told me you would get through the next day but it took 2 days for what I paid it should have arrived the very next day but the person I sent the package to did get it and that's what counts

This morning we were at this location, for my son's passport renewal. John helped us process the application. Despite being 25 minutes early, he did not make us wait. The service was above par, flawless, and quick. John was extremely courteous, polite, friendly and made such delightful conversations. Having recently moved from Los Angeles to Vancouver, I am in awe of the wonderful staff and service. I have been to this location before as well, for other postal related queries, each and every staff member is so friendly, polite, and takes time to respond. Thank you!!

I have tried to contact this location on 2 different Saturdays, well before its listed closing time of 2 pm. Both times I called before 1 pm, and the recorded message confirmed that this location's Saturday hours are 9-2 pm. On both occasions, the same recording then informed me that this office was closed. I needed help regarding the failure of delivery of medication I needed immediately. I ended up calling another location with the same Saturday hours and received the information I needed from the real human being who answered the phone. Are the people at Caples going home early or do they just not feel like answering the phone? And does this only happen on Saturdays?

Worst post office I’ve ever had service from. In the last year they have lost 3 packages totaling over $100 worth of stuff. Never had this problem anywhere else I lived. When we reached out to them about it the carrier said it was our fault for not checking the box frequently enough (what the hell?) and the manager openly admitted they’ve been having problems with theft. No solution or offer for reimbursement was made, I have wasted so many hours with them trying to get my stuff. At this point I’m just having all my packages sent to my parents house since clearly I can’t trust them to deliver anything

Check the website and go under the link for employment. They are always hiring!
Be good neighbors and swap mail. Probably a newbie that made a mistake. Not worth being Very upset over. Just saying.
Saturdays they are open from 9am until 2pm except today and next saturday they have extended hours and close at 5pm.
Yes there in the lobby there Priority boxes
The lobby has PO boxes and is open 24/7/365.
yes
If your regular carrier is working, there's a good chance it will get to you. Many of the carriers know the people on their route very well. It's probably 50%. With the Zip+4, the odds go up.
If you go to usps.com, there is a link called Informed Delivery. Just click that link and follow the directions and you will be good to go!
Yes. usps.com/schedular
visit the post office in person only to address your concerns
For renewal, walk-in ok. For first time or a minor appointment only.
no. If less than 3 weeks, you need to call the passport office and make the drive to seattle, wa in person only.
Call 800 number and ask to speak to the postal inspection service or your local law enforcement.
You can make an appointment on usps.com for a new passport or a minor. All renewals are walk in. :)
Umm....the Postal Service nor your carrier will see this post. Dial 1-800-ASK-USPS for your request.
Although not against the law to block one, I think the general consensus is to leave room. That bejnf sais, letter carriers should get out of their vehicle to deliver to your box if it is blocked (ans safe to do so)
Just keep calling them until they pick up. I had to do this today for half an hour just to get someone to pick up the phone to ask about a package that was supposed to be delivered today.
Yes.
Not sure about that. Is that information available online. I'm not aware of that off the top of my head.
No they don't answer their phone at all if you want a general question answered In the past I have been refferd to their website for general questions or they have told me to go in to a local branch I'm sorry I couldn't be much more help?
Dont buy stamps there they will rip you off!!!
This is an area where you ask the public what they think about the location. You have to contact the post office directly to get that answer.
PO box number, city, state, and PO BOX zip code of the facility where your PO BOX is located.
You have to ask for a replacement. If its still the same as it was a few years ago they chsrge you $15 for a new key.
