After you pass the admission both, you'll take a left at the T section in the road, continue down the road until you hit a restroom on the left, there will be a parking lot area and right between the parking lot and the restrooms is the trail head to the falls. Hope this helps!
The above options are great for minimum waking. If your adventurous and want a good long hike, you can park in the Hilton area but it's a tough hike down. You can also park on Landing Rd near Norris Ln. and there's an easier hike down from there.
You want to go to the Elkridge entrance for cascade falls. I just went last week right before Ida hit.
Cascade Falls is part of the Avalon Area so that's where you'll need to enter. Be prepared for a very long and slow, albeit beautiful, drive.
