Worse experience at this location. I called and place order for delivery and I got message stating that the order had been out for delivery and then after 10 mins I got message from door dash that they will be delivering in another 30 mins And then after another 15 mins finally I got the pizza. So it took one and half hour before I got it and by the time I had pizza in my hand, it was cold and both boxes were wet due to rain, it wasn’t even properly packed and I was very disappointed so I called the store and lady who told me was the manger name Sam, was very rude and told me there is nothing they can do unless I bring the pizza back. The purpose for the delivery Because it was raining so I didn’t want to go and she told me rudely she isn’t giving me refund unless she actually has the pizza in her hand and I told her that I have the pics and all but she didn’t listen. One of the worse customer service I have received from Pizza Hut. I will never ever go this store again. There should be better management at that location. I hope someone gets back to me. I have the pics and the timing of arrival of pizza as well.

Please never go here. This place looked, smelled, and acted as if it was abandoned. On top of the clear neglected cleaning, the staff was rude and never informed us that our food was ready, even though apparently it had been sitting on the counter for a half hour. They said it would be a '15 minute wait' but we sat at a (mind you broken,) table for forever. The taste of the pizza itself tasted as if it was cardboard with tomato sauce. We specifically asked for extra cheese, but when we opened the box the cheese was barely there anyway. Overall, please. If there is an alternative place you can go, go there, and do not choose this place.

Where do I begin? We ordered curbside. When we called to notify that we were there, they told us that they will bring the food right away. 10 minutes passed, I understand that sometimes restaurants can be in a rush, so I went to pick up the food, that according to the app had been ready for more than 20 minutes. So now the employee can't find my order. She starts arguing with the pizza man; he was vert rude in front of all 5-6 clients that, like me, were waiting. They told me they were going to do my order again. 15 minutes later they told me that they found my order, that it was there the whole time and that they would give me a credit for the bad time, that I was going to receive an email with the credit. The email never arrived. I won’t come back to this specific Pizza Hut.

Customer Service is very rude and unprofessional. I placed an order and the guy kept over talking me. I felt he was rushing me. I repeated the address to verify if it was the correct one and he continued to move on to the next question. Mid way through the order he hangs up the phone on me and I know it was on purpose because I gave him my call back number (he asked for it just case we disconnected in the beginning of the conversation) and he never called me back. I tried to ignore the bad reviews before placing my order because it was close by but nope. This Pizza Hut is garbage, too many RED Flags, I will not patronize or buy from this Pizza Hut

Says 11am-10pm hours may differ. Its a Sunday And a big holiday so I'd think they'd open normal time just closing earlier. I would just call once they open and ask.
