Positive: The staff was very welcoming, informative and polite. The room was clean and met our expectations. The shuttle service to the airport and later the pick up at the airport was a great service. The shuttle drivers were very pleasant and helpful. Negative: I have no complaints and will recommend this hotel to others.

Just checked out and I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. I love the showers. Awesome water pressure and they had updated seamless shower enclosures so there was NO MILDEW 🤩. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. We were visiting family and the location was perfect. We had a nice corner room and it was very quiet. There were a lot of people staying and we heard no outside noise. We didn’t get a chance to try out the pool or the breakfast buffet but hopefully will get to next time we stay because I will definitely be back!

Positive: Location was central to everything we needed to do. Parking was ample even late into the evening. The restaurant across the parking lot is really good! For a post-COVID lockdown hotel, this was pretty clean. Negative: EVERYDAY, when we returned to the hotel, our room key wouldn't work! We had to make a trip downstairs each time to get new keys! The lighting in the bathroom was very dim - like they used 40 watt bulbs.

Great restaurant next door. Shuttle service to our cruise port was easy and convenient. Breakfast was typical for this kind of hotel but featured a decent spread and wasn't too bad. Room was nice, front desk was OK.
