If you are bundled up and have a back pack baby carrier. You should be careful not to slip if going on trails. A nice place to get wonderful pics.
I look my daughter at 7 months during the summer. I don't recommend winter it is a narrow trail with lots of rocks on the ground and trees down.
Very easily accessible and I wouldn't suggest an infant during a winter hike... pretty rugged terrain, but summer should be okay
