I sent an item from New Wilmington Pa on Feb. 19th 2020 I've tracked it to your facility and noticed it is still there as of today which is March 2nd 2020 the package was to be delivered to Tucson AAs.Feb. 25th 2020. Why is it still there ?

Not sure contact customer service of UPS and they can give you a more accurate tracking. Just because it doesn't show it moved it may have been a miss scan

If a package shows up at a hub at 1230pm on a Friday and it's only 3 hours from it's destination, why don't they put it on another truck to move it closer, if the hub doesn't close till 7pm why does it just sit for 6 hours?
