Discriminated against me due to having a service animal, very dirty room and halls/breakfast area, out of milk, yogurt and toast for breakfast leaving nothing but dry cereal and granola bars, reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke in the halls and my room from other guests, and the staff was extremely rude and aggressive when I went to check out due to these concerns. They illegally charged me a nightly pet fee for my service animal even though Pennsylvania state law says it is illegal to discriminate or charge people for service animals.

A fair, not a bad experience. Arrived late and had to wait more than 20 minutes to check in because the (very sweet) overnight front desk person had to wait for her computer to update. (We watched an episode of Cheers.) The room was nice and very clean. The fan unit, however, was noisy in a way that suggested something was wrong with it, although (eventually) it worked. The pillows were awful. (They felt like MyPillow pillows; not a fan.)

Positive: very accommodating, the young lady at the desk was very polite, friendly, and made sure my room was ok. Im not sure what her name was, but im sure you can check the date/time i checked in to see who was working. Negative: the smell of cigarette smoke was in the hallway, it would be nice if the smoking rooms were all on the same floor.. Maybe more choices of breakfast items, like fresh fruit, etc. I will continue to stay at this hotel when I travel to NJ to see my family.

For a Super 8 this is a great property. My room was clean, comfortable, and modern. This is a clean well maintained properly. The staff was nice and helpful.
