We found online not only false advertisement Re: Rate but Photos they went up $30 per night checked in at 12AM out by 10AM. We were exhausted from traveling all day went right to sleep then woke up at 9AM. While we were getting ready for a full day drive again back to MN our Autistic son found a Crack pipe in the drawer between beds so horrified we had him shut the drawer & never thought to take photo. We told front desk about it & were told Manager would call then never hear from him but when we called at 4PM we were told he just left and whomever answered the call was only interested in a photo, accused us of just wanting a free room, and very argumentative and aggressive stating we don't want to talk to Manager. Finally, received a call from Manager once again focused on photo, they didn't see that in the drawer so called us liars, and we slept there without complaing till checkout but we explained our Autistic Son did not see till within the hour prior!!! Leaving Cleaning staff where all congregated outside were all high & obvious drug addicts & upon research of hotel Days Inn Staten, Delaware came up & the 2 people caught for possession, manufacturing (drugs made in pop bottle) & child endangerment 2 children present. Every drug and distribution amounts of each plus $8000.00 cash where outside we recognized from photo. We ate at Bob Evans across the street and overheard us stated it is a known drug hotel watched by the police, lots of overdose deaths and drug possession and sales arrests!!! My child depends on my protection & had the hotel been raided during our stay he could have been placed with child protection young adult or not not considered a adult due to cognitive impairment knowing I put him in that position I cannot shake!!! I am still looking into other remedies but wanted to atleast warn others especially families to avoid at all cost!!!!

Worst hotel manager ever. Housekeeping is 50-50. One is great the other not so much. Tried to charge my card $200 for a dirty sheet. And towel. Said they were stained. Had toddler who spilled a drink and tried using a towel to clean it himself. I would have been willing to buy the sheet and towel when they called. Not for $200 though. When I said I wouldn't pay the $200 the manager stated he would press charges on me. I told him to do what he needs to. I haven't heard anything since. Always lock your cards after staying in cheap hotels. They run the best legal theft scam out there.

NO!! Do Not Stay Here! This place looks nothing like the pictures. It’s very dark, no real signage, the guy at the front desk was very cocky and rude. When we got to our room it was disgusting. The outlet was rusted and had no plate on it, the A/C had mold, there was an air vent by the bathroom that was bent up and mold inside, the tub had mold and hard water stains, our door was fully shut but still had a large gap enough to see into the hallway and vise versa. Oh and get this THERE IS NO POOL! At least not like the one they have pictured. I would never ever stay here again cheap or not. The only reason I gave them one star is 1. Because u can’t give none and 2. The day shift lady at the front counter wearing a Steelers jersey was very nice and helped us with a refund.

Positive: Nothing Negative: I booked for 2 nights but due to conditions left in the morning. Owner refused to return one night. So durty no security locks didnt work I have pics.
