license due Dec. 31. Rabies certificate, runs out March 27, 2019. My dog, 18 yr, very ill. She may not even make it by 12/31. I hate to take her for a rabies shot, not to mention all costs, as senior on SSI. anyway to have a late date due?

Don't take her. Let her rest at home, no one from animal control can bother you. All you will get is a late notice.
