To fiel a barking complain where do I need to go

Yeah they won't do anything at all.Fankly U going down there 2 complain or even calling doesn't do anything.I'm not being rude I'm only being 100%real&honest with U.Really what could they do4 barking anyways?It's not like they'll put a dog down4 barking nor should they ever do such a thingThe only thing that could be done about barking is if the owner of that dog would care enough2put the much needed time into either training the dog themselves or going& paying2have their dog professionally trained. Now a days u can honestly either Google how2train your dog or U can youtube it4 even better self education on dog training.Its pretty sad how very little it takes 4a person2educate themselves on simple dog obedience training&it's not difficult2learn& implement in the daily lives of your pet,Youtube offers a plethora of different educational videos on their streaming service. But there's so many pet owners who R either lazy or dont care& HAVE NO COMMON COURTESY.!Thats apparent!
