The best Pharmacy in Long Beach! The staff is fantastic. Doing well even though all the Naples customers must now use the Belmont Shore location.

Prescription automation system says ready 12:30 pm - not ready 2:30 pm when I arrive. Instead of owning that the system was wrong or that they missed the mark, the blame was put on me for their being busy. The young guy helping me was borderline rude and combative. Will give my business somewhere else. Had they simply said "This isn't ready yet - I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It'll be ready in 20 min. Can you please wait?" I would have been fine. Instead, they placed the blame on me for it being busy and me coming "too soon." I had called in the refill at 9:00 am, the system originally said ready by 10:30 am, and I changed it to 12:30 pm pickup. Coming in at 2:30 pm - this attitude was what I received. They didn't even tell me when it would be ready, and were rude when I asked, saying how many orders they had. Unacceptable customer service. Also, a nightmare for parking and driving. Don't bother. Won't be back here for shopping, either.

+ Friendly staff with good manners. This speaks well of current management. Other Rite Aids are often very unpleasant. At this one, I feel like my time is respected. And so far, in every case, the staff has known exactly where something was located that I was looking for. + Thrifty ice cream is so very good and also affordable ($1.99 for one scoop, $2.99 for two). Chocolate fudge + birthday cake = birthday cake remix 😭 + Although their terrible website makes you jump through 10,000 hoops to find an appointment, only to find out there are no appointments today, you can walk in without an appointment for a vaccine during their normal vaccination hours. This location has Moderna as of this writing. The pharmacists are friendly and welcoming. There are no signs for where to go. Go to the window on your far left to check in. All you need is ID. + There is a parking lot. - Prices here are terrible for everything over the counter. For example, almost $10 for a pack of 80 barely pre-moistened lens wipes. That's like $4 worth of Target lens wipes ($3 for 60), and Target's are much better. I've shopped here for a few things and just walked away because of the prices.

How can you have a pharmacy and no bathroom? People with medical conditions come in all the time, some who actually need access at a moment's notice... lame Edit: the only thing you can do to appease me is open the bathrooms.
