The Rite Aid is always clean , organized and in my experience the staff is consistently available , friendly , and helpful. As far as the pharmacy ,I think all things considered they do a pretty good job. In most neighborhoods when you leave a Rite Side store , there’s a Walgreens and a CVS on adjacent corners , Not the case here , so I can only imagine the number of prescriptions they fill. Sure the lines can get long and the prescriptions may take a little longer to fill, but I see a pharmacy that clearly has a process in place , experienced technicians, and more than capable pharmacists. Seriously has anyone been in a CVS or Walgreens lately ?

I've been going here for twenty years at the least. Unfortunately I went homeless fora bit after a divorce and during this was still treated respectfully. Since getting back on my feet (12 yrs) ive never been treated differently. Some people steal. I get it. I never did and told if I saw it. They have to protect themselves. It's a business. I highly recommend this establishment and Sonny is a very stand up person!

This place is a nightmare. Both times I went to pick up my prescription their was a huge line and the staff was rude. This last time I pre-paid for my prescription online and when I asked "Sandra" why the register was displaying funds due she said "JUST WAIT. LET IT GO THROUGH IT'S PROCESS." Sorry I don't know how the payment software works?? She also rolled her eyes at another customer just to mention a few things. Also the "pharmacist" when asked to do a consult walked over to me said "any question?" and then just walked away. I get it you may not like your job but it's no excuse to lash out at strangers.

MOLLY is the kindest sweetest person ever! She is always so helpful and will walk you to what your looking for. I love her Rite Aid brand suggestions too. This is my favorite night time store. I hope you let her know how wonderful she is! Thank you, Shed Washington
