My dog isn't trained yet for off leash and hes 8mo old and not fixed as of yet. Can i keep him in on leash??

Its like a regular dog park.. just on the beach.. you can keep him on, or if he'sok take him off.. it just your responsibility to make sure he is safe, and other dogs/people are safe...
