I thought our dog would just run away, but once on the beach, one had fun playing and interacting with other dogs and the other just kept an eye on me, making sure I was right behind him. For our dogs it was a complete change, they were on their own, more behaved than with their leash. Walking across the parking lot they pulled and were defensive towards anyone walking by me, we got to the sand, let off the leash and wow. They were just like children, couldn't wait to play and jump and explore. Just do be careful with other dogs, my dogs wag their tails amd perk up their ears and do this little jumping thing when they are happy and excited to see other dogs. When my Jude was protecting his snacks for the day he will growl if any dog came near his bag, but not agressive. We have been taking our dogs for years and not once did we have a bad experience. Watch your dog, you will begin to notice their character. Above all, have fun with them, pay attention it is such a good memory!
BY being a responsible dog owner. All shots and care are up to date. Tag with a phone number on it for safety reasons. Start dog out at a dog park to see how dog friendly your dog us. If really aggressive a dog mussel recommended.
Take the dog there. Theyll have a blast.
Keep you eye on your dog instead of your phone and you will be fine. I've never seen a dog fight; some rough playing but if you are watching; you can control any situation.
I guess the best way is to see how to interact with other dogs since its a lot of them around and if its no used to or get irritated easy it wont be enjoyable for the dog ,the beach part i will suggest u to carry its with you and get wet together so its will be confident tgat you are there
Take them to a dog park, make sure they are dog friendly, take them to training any thing were you know you have control over your dog.
The dogs there are very interactive. If you are unsure, keep your dog on a leash and close to you.
