I do not recommend a stroller. But if they can easily be carried it could work. I took my nephews when they were 2 years old and the other was almost 4.

Anyone below 7 is not going to appreciate the caves. Also there is a lot of walking involved.

Yes. It is a decent amount of walking involved. I don't know how much children that are would get from touring the caverns. However I think bringing them along would be just fine.

Yes if they don't mind walking...as long as they're ok to walk up and down the hills and slippery slopes they should be good...

My 3 year old loved it and was able to walk the entire way. We brought a bag of change and he had a ball throwing each coin to to the wishing pool one by one. I would put the 1 year old in a wearable carrier so they aren't stucknin your arms the whole time. Plus, both admission is free for both the of your kiddies and it comes with free admission to the garden maze.

There are a lot of stairs. A lot of waiting around. I wouldn't take a child that young. We just took my four year old for her first visit.
