There are stairwells in and out of the cave. Your scooter may not work well for Luray Caverns. Sorry!
How much of a walk will it be through Liray Caverns
There are a few flights of stairs to get in and out. Unfortunately i don't see how a scooter would get in and out.
I don't believe it's wheelchair accessible, which is in fact very disappointing.

No there are steps down to enter them, and steps back up to exit
