Yes. It is open. Wear a mask when you're in the premises: it's a comfortable/cool mid-60s temperature underground. You will have the option to pick up a pamphlet for "self-touring" (marked stations). The only difference now is that the formal guided tours are not currently happening. But there are staff members in key areas ("ballroom") willing to provide info, if asked. It's open!!! We had sooo much fun☺️ just got back the other day. Some things around the caverns may still be closed or pick up/delivery only. But most things are open, not the zip line 😞 but Yogi's open. Have fun!!! Masks are preferred but not required if you have health reasons or just don't wear them to be honest. I can't wear them for extended periods of time and they never asked me to leave just said to enjoy my tour☺️ so nice to me. I do recommend wearing one of you can though
