50 to 60 going down and 70 to 80 up....inside the caves lots of ups and downs
As of June 2019, a new entrance was opened where there are no steps. However, some passages through the cave are narrow and steep, so one with mobility issues would need to be careful.
It was something like 40 down and 38 up. There are some benches at the top to rest at.
Probably about 30 going down into the cavern, initially. Then a few intermittently. Then I believe 60 steep steps up at the end.
There was 70, two were removed however so now there's only 68.
