No. You have to walk stairs down and up. Once your in the caverns you can push strollers and wheel chairs but you must walk the stairs in and out.
You don't have to walk down any stairs anymore. As of June 2019 they just opened a new entrance and the whole thing is made with ramps with handrails. There is not a single stair!
