I'll be visiting the park on Aug 28th, is there is any chance that i will have full access to the park? More importantly the GTTSR.

I suspect the fires will limit access to the West side of the park, but the East should be open

I would monitor the website to see progress with fires. The day I visited everything was open but that evening they began closing roads.

GTTSR is open until at least October. Depends on the weather, but August is still summer so it should be open.
