I mean I don't see why not.. its a public place with I believe atleast 2 covered/picnic tables and there's plenty of room where people bring all sorts of food and drink and hang out there for hours with their kids. I legitimately don't see a reason why you couldn't BBQ there. But you'd have to bring all your own stuff. They don't have like those public park grill things. However, I would like to add - that all sorts of questionable folks hang out in that area and on that side street right there in front of the Kelso Senior Center - so im of the sound mind and reason that a family and their kids just wanting to grill up some grub and let the kids play is of ZERO concern, when there is plenty to worry about in this particular area. Believe me... I literally live in this exact neighborhood.
