The only thing good about Izzys was that the people were polite. There wasn't much food available and it was severely bad. The blue cheese dressing was NOT blue cheese. The chicken was dry. The steak wasn't to tough but the way they handled serving us was a joke. I know the virus thing is what it is but seating us then having us wait at our table til the SERVER decided to have us go to the line with him to fill our plates for us was the WORST SERVICE EVER!

They lost a couple stars for bad service and cold Mac and cheese. I grabbed some Mac right when it came out, but it wasn't up to temp. Also, they didn't pick our plates up at all, and we were running out of room!We’re disappointed to see that your visit did not impress you. I visited today for a late lunch with a group of ladies and the service was superb. The ladies were happy w/hand wipes, the food was great, salad bar was awesome, desserts were yummy & all the staff members/men were kind, professional and busy! Thank you Austin for guiding us to our table & for great front door service :-) I have enjoyed the healthy platters with many choices in the salad bar, broiled chicken, freshly cooked vegetables such as string beans and carrots. Enjoy the assortment of meat, different ways or styles that they cook the potatoes and the variety of good pizza! The kids give this place a thumbs-up :-) Thank u Glenn! Service was a "10".
