The women working here have such obnoxiously fake voices they use while talking to people, it was seriously bugging me. There's nothing wrong with just talking normally to people instead of talking like you're being held at gunpoint to speak overly nice to a 5th grader. It also took way longer than it should have to turn in 1 single document for my case, I was standing there with the lady working on it for about 15 minutes. Idk if systems are just slow or the person I got just works super slowly, but definitely set aside a good hour of time for even the smallest of things if you're going to come in, even if there's hardly anyone else in there. It'll take a while.

I sat waiting for someone to answer a phone for 8 minutes to find out i had to do reapply i was on hold for 4 to 5 hours a lady finally answered and then i try to explain i have a disability that i have a friend that helps me and was completely rude and i try to under stand what she was saying and she kept threatening me to hang up on me very disrespectful and very rude.
