They dont clean bath rooms twice daily like south park. Also they charge for showers and pud...south park all utilities included in space rent and they dont charge for shower use in the shower rms.....

The park is full and has a waiting list. You can't contact the owners directly. From my understanding they have someone on site who Hensley park management.

How much is the rent and do you have openings
I am not the owner or the manager. I just happened to have been a friend at one time with someone who lives there and had to pay his rent while he was recovering from cancer surgery and couldn't afford it. However the last time I knew the rent was $425.00 a month and it includes everything but PUD. Most people are okay but like every other place it does have it's share of weird ones. Good with that and if you don't want to have to support anyone who will later refuse to acknowledge you and his debt stay away from space 2...just saying!

They don't have one that they give out. You have to just come by. That's what we did good luck.

The best thing to do is to call or swing by. Prices very between spots but are still very reasonable. Everything is included even cable. The only thing that isn't included is the electricity that bill is on you. But it's still like 15 a mmonth just depends on how you use it. Amazing showers and laundry on site.
