I was just told by an employee that "they close at 10 and had there broiler shut down for the nite." All they had left was a whopper and a crispy chicken. Both of which were cold. Then had to wait 5 min for my fries to get done they were cold.

Yeah that's the way fast food works these days care more about getting home than pleasing the customer who helps to provide them with a paycheck
