I love the food here, but here it is on a Saturday, 1:20 in the afternoon and they are closed? I actually came back out of security to find their new location, and they are closed? Owners.. why? The airport is full of people, we want to patronize your place and you’re closed? Doesn’t make any sense..

I had such a great experience with Sara at this Elephants deli at the airport! Soup was hot and she makes a great Latte! Best place in the airport to enjoy a good meal before going on your flight!

Horrible place ever. Ordered veggie wraps with egg and they served beacon wraps. I never had beacon in my life and it is prohibited in my culture. The personnel were unapologetic what so ever and replaced the beacon wraps with veggie wraps. I’ve turned a vegetarian an year and a half ago and beacon instantly ruined my stomach. I’d blame all the staff working in the morning shift on 08/22/2021 for this mistake as nobody thought of labeling the wraps while making them. They have placed all wraps at one place and have no idea which one is veggie or non veggie. It just takes a marker pen and a second to write “NV”, “V”. The place is clean, personnel have uniforms, one of them doesn’t have a hair cap and has long hair, no gloves. They have come to us after we finished eating our replaced veggie wraps and apologized for the mess up. The food tasted not so good. It was tasteless. They could have done a better job. Price to portion ratio, I think they justified it but doesn’t make sense when it did not taste well. Ain’t coming back here. Not worthy of multiple visits in any aspect.

All that is left of an amazing grill cheese on sourdough bread. A great selection of pre-made sandwich, salads. The daily menu is great, and the staff very friendly.
