If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to this location, sat for 5 minutes waiting to get my order taken with only 1 car in front of us (we arrived after they had finished ordering). Then when we tried to get someone’s attention after not being greeted for 5 minutes (simply just said “hello?”) we were met with a disrespectful attitude. Finally got our order taken, then sat in line for another 15-20 minutes. I will never go back.

Don’t order food from this location, you may have to take yourself or a family member to the hospital. I was annoyed when I was charged for a deluxe chicken sandwich and got a regular one, and when I saw the fries were old and cold, but the reason I’m posting today is because the chicken I was eating was raw in the middle!

The people who work here are awful. There is this older woman that works there and because of her horrible attitude everyone else in the buildings attitude turns sour too. I used to love this spot and go here all the time but now I avoid it. I live a few blocks away from it but I go OUT OF MY WAY and go to the McLaughlin location so I don't have to deal with ride staff, trash talking (about customers and orders), and just over all not having it put a damper on my day. I feel bad for the younger staff cause they have POS to look up too. How are they supposed to care about what they are doing if older staff is garbage and doesn't care? AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
