I have noticed there are not many customers in the dining room. Is that due to poor service from the employees? Or are customers encouraged to use the drive thru only?

The service here is decent. But the FOH & BOH are consistently dirty. And NEVER go into the bathrooms...

I've chosen to visit during times it wouldn't be busy. Customer service is ok at best regardless if you dine in or drive through.
