Sorry for the issue, Chili's is a very good place, first talk to you bank card, and go back to the restaurant in the same hours you go , talk to the manager, good luck.
Go back and speak to manager or dispute with your bank.
Go call the restaurant if it's far away from you, explain the issue, make sure you have in hand the date and time of the charge in order to make it easier for them to look in their system..
Sorry but for me the service is excellent...if you had issues with your credit card your bank can take care of it..
Call the iffice and speak a manager today for a refund Also for security reasons I would have the card replaced never leave your card number with anyone
I was double-charged on my bank card I'm going to be charged on my credit card you guys should handle this not me
Chili's Doral is the worst Chili's ever, really bad service, that's all I have to say. I will never go there again!!!
