Besides the table being dirty (we had to clean it up, and my coworkers decided to stay). The food was good and the service ok. I perceive sometimes; not all people are suited for customer service and here in Miami we have huge issues on that. PS the waitress removed the napkins we showed her with the dust we cleaned and told us that was due to construction at the place 🤷🏼‍♂️

I have never posted a negative review about an establishment because I would rather keep my mouth shut ...but I'm going to tell you something.. this was the absolute worst of the worst.. They had no maragaritas as advertised, there was no silverware..the waitress said they ran out of chips. We ordered fajitas which were cold and undercooked. The tortillas were not even warm..cold and brittle. We thought it was a joke. Then we got charged $5.19 for the "free chips" seriously l can't believe they are in business. Do not believe it if they say they were busy or they had an event, this is status quo not an "off night"..most of the positive reviews are likely by the staff.

This has been my second time ordering delivery from this location and both times it was horrendous. This fist time the food was dry and minute if any flavor. The second time around the food came tossed about, and looks as if it’s been picked apart. Now, I know when it comes to delivery and the presentation of the food upon delivery isn’t their fault, but something needs to change. Maybe don’t partner with Doordash for delivery services. By reading other reviews, I think it’ll be safe to say that this location is trash in context to delivery.

Very unsatisfied with this Chili’s. This is the second time I order from this particular establishment and both times it’s been very disappointing. My quesadillas were burnt to a crisp and the corn was completely burnt and not edible. I will definitely not be ordering from here anymore. I can’t believe management would allow this food to be sent out like this.
