Disgusting pharmacist! A rude and irresponsible man who claims to act in the sake of the patient and refuses to refill a prescription for a 3 year old, who recently had surgery and is in pain, as he “thinks it is not the correct dosage”. So he does not call us nor inform us during the whole day even though we called at least 7 times throughout the day and they just hung up on us every single time the call was transferred to him. We had to come to the pharmacy in person just to be informed that he was refusing to fill up his prescription! When asked why he didn’t call to advise of this he responded that he was trying to reach the doctor, we called the doctor in front of him and in less than 2 mins we were talking to his staff and confirming that they NEVER received a call from Walgreens asking about our son’s prescription. It is now Friday night and we have been waiting since his surgery at early hours in the morning, unacceptable! Thankfully, the pharmacy at Publix Doral Commons picked up the call the first time and without wait they were already calling to transfer and dispense his medicine to us. Netheless to say, the pharmacist at Publix informed us she was also mistreated and received a rude response from this man. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, they don’t care about anyone no matter the age!

If you have other option , DO NOT come to this pharmacy. Doctor says that he has sent prescription and pharmacy says they have never received it. You keep calling both parties until the thing get resolved almost every month. If you call Walgreen, the waiting time is minimum 45 minutes to 1 hour. After that the call is automatically being terminated if you are not lucky. What is the solution????

This is the worst Walgreens I ever been. I am out of town and they have unbelievable bad service. No consideration, no care for their clients at all. Pharmacy staff is completely unknowledgeable with what seems like absolutely NO PROFESSIONAL Training! No professionalism. If you have a question, expect it to be ignored. Consultations, concerns about medications, questions etc - forget about it, they hate their job, they hate serving others. Unbelievable.

Everyone we get it the Pharmacy sucks but what about the workers throughout the job? As little as this store is they just lack team work to get anything done. I stopped by at night to see the cashier literally working alone as well as the pharmacist. This store wants you to sign up for their point system and credit cards but won't pay their employees to works a team. Maybe if ya did you won't lack in customer service. Happy employees makes for way better customer service.
