This is nice place but when it comes to solving issues the staff is useless...we tried to return and exchange an item and a girl Vilma didnt even know how to use the computer and claimed that the system was new and she could not solve our problem....we asked for the manager and who do they call to solve these type of issues and they didnt know and claimed that another girl had more info and she called her and she lied to our face by telling us that after 2 weeks that the person remembered us which is a lie...this company should train their employees better because those at that store are useless...the employee had some nerve to even yell at us even when we went thier 2 times and they could not solve the issue....I hope corporate views this post and does something...we will never shop there again...

The service was amazing. I was greeted as I entered the store and was helped by Carolina. She helped me find the perfect scrub that fit my body. She explained in details all the different brands and styles of scrubs.I Definitely will recommend this location to buy scrubs and medical items. Delia and Vilma were both very friendly and helpful as well. They were attentive and cared about me well I was there. I have not felt this in my whole 33 years of shopping anywhere.i was truly amazed. I live 22 miles from this location but because the service was amazing I am willing to make the drive. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much to Carolina, Delia and Vilma.

The cashier was amazing she helped me with everything I needed and went out of here way to check for me online for some shoes that I needed and did a great job. You can find all kinds of things that you need . Well recommended I will be going back soon

We are located in Miami International Mall, near Macy's Womens.
In response to COVID-19, we have implemented the following safety measures: 1. All customers and staff must wear face masks while in the store. 2. A hand sanitizing station is provided at the store entrance. 3. We're limiting the amount of customers allowed in the store at a time. 4. We're quarantining all returns and merchandise that was tried on for 48 hours before returning them to the sale floor.
