Macy's is my first department store to visit when I want to purchase gifts. It's very neat and has a nice selection. I didn't give it five stars because of customer service. No one offered to help or see if we had questions. Instead, my husband, my infant child and I were followed by LP (one of the many reasons I go with Amazon or Target's curbside pick up). My husband asked one of the workers if where we were had the only selection of men's suit pants. She didn't really speak English. Other than that it is still a nice department store.

Always a nice walk through the store is good for mobility. When making a purchase even the card moves from my wallet to the register and from my bank to theirs. Smiles

The customer service department was absolutely atrocious all I was trying to do with exchange Of swim trunks for a larger size that’s it. I had to ask you that I used to pick up the trunks, entirely different Macy’s in Dadeland the night before and they still couldn’t get it right it’s a 20 minute ride to call a manager who also didn’t seem to be very helpful finally I had to call my wife to re-send me another a copy of the receipt so they could simply change an extra large or extra extra large. Mind you I just spent $400on merchandise and they didn’t care.

Things are easy to find, they have a variety for all sizes and occasions. Employees are not harassing you but are close enough in case you need help. Prices are reasonable and they have good things also in the clearance section.

On Saturdays they are open from 8 AM, but you can check the website to verify the hours for holidays

Hello led. Owners of the shop don't see this questions. This is a user-to-user platform. Macy's will not ship outside us. You can buy online and ship it to the hotel room. Some hotels has extra charge for that. Check with your hotel. In any case you have a lot of other options of places near where you are staying to buy
