Worst customer service that I ever see. The guy at the front desk was really rude and disrespectful. A Teen customer skips the line and he didn't care. He calls the supervisor to take care of him. when I told him why to do that he started to argue with me saying that he is not going to discuss it with a young person, even though he was disrespectful to me. The worst thing was the supervisor doesn't care either. I Never go to this location again. That is what our teenagers are learning nowadays. BAD really BAD!!!!

Our store has been shipping with USPS for three years now. Although USPS has its flaws (just like it can happen with any shipping service), only 1 out of 300 packages end up having an issue, such as them being misdelivered / lost / missing contents. Phone calls aren't their strength though, unless you're trying to order supplies. If there is an issue, it is better to work them out online. Still, I really appreciate the treatment received by the staff from the back of the facility, specially the night shift. Sometimes we arrive a couple minutes late and they receive our packages nonetheless and help us out. Thanks.

Showed up around 11 am. 3 employees working. 3 people being helped. About 6-8 in line. All social distancing. I was helped about 5 minutes after arriving. Quick and efficient. Line kept moving. I can't really ask for more.

Been coming here for years!! Love this location it isn’t perfect but it’s great! 24/7 self services which MOST USPS offices don’t have and they just got the NEW machine in! Came late because of work and traffic and the super nice lady Fior helped us get our PO Box and all. She was cordial, respectful and professional. Everything worked out fine even though we got there 2 minutes late. Great affordable service and THANK YOU for helping my business succeed USPS ❤️💯
