I had an issue with a separate store from which my friend sent me a package and she told me it came from this store. The manager still sat and listened to the issue and helped me with the best advice he could give me to speak with someone at the correct store/ corporate. He was very nice and told me exactly what to ask for when speaking with the next person, which (hopefully) has fixed the issue we were having in the first place. Very appreciated.

I'm currently filing a dispute with this store. I brought 9 pairs of Nike shoes to this store to return to Nike. I purchased a new box and packaging service because I had one return label. Nike only provides one return label for the entire order, even though they shipped the shoes individually. So I paid $69 for a new box and packaging service from the UPS Store. I took my receipt and left the store. A week goes by. I receive a return denied from Nike: the box they received contained non-nike items. Nike returned the box to the address on receipt, my home address. The box was full of bracelets. I called The UPS Store and informed them of the situation. After a couple of polite conversations with an employee of the store, I opened a claim with UPS, at the advice of the UPS store employee. UPS investigated and concluded the package was delivered to Nike. But Nike maintains they only received bracelets. They even have a picture. So Nike is in the clear. UPS is in the clear; they delivered the package labeled with the Nike return label to Nike. But the UPS Store is not in the clear. I brought them 9 pairs of shoes, valued at $900, and paid for a new box and packaging to ship them to Nike. They didn't. It appears the boxes were mislabeled; the box returned by Nike contains the original return label, just beneath the new label Nike added to return the package to my address. Again, it appears someone in the UPS Store mislabeled my package, and now I'm on the hook for $900 for shoes I don't have. I'm considering legal action against the UPS Store. **Update** Garret thank you for you reply and for informing me I provided the wrong tracking number. It tells me that you want to resolve this issue. I agree I provided the wrong tracking number, but that was an honest mistake. Nonetheless the box I received back from Nike was a box of bracelets. They took a photo of it upon ingestion at the warehouse. They returned the box to my address. I have the box. I can bring the box to the store. The box still includes the original label attached when it arrived at Nike. I also did issue a charge back for the packing service I paid your store. You're correct in quoting my laziness. So I paid to get the shoes packed and shipped to Nike. But when Nike says they never received the shoes and UPS says the delivered the package to Nike, that says I didn't receive the service I paid for. Do you disagree? If so let's talk on the phone. I've called your store and left a voicemail. I would appreciate if you returned my call for us to mediate this issue. I updated my rating to two stars since you engaged with me. I'll go all the way to 5 once the issue is resolved.

I'm trying to straighten out a major screw up with them as I write. Did all in my power to have Best Buy deliver a gift to my son who loves in Ohio. I put in to deliver it at a UPS store near him and the delivery instructions say "Hold at UPS Access Point". I'm on the phone with a rep whi sounds like he's in a call center in Kalcutta, India.
