UPDATE: What I assume to be the owner has offered me $50 to take my honest and factual review down. I have declined this because I believe in freedom of speech and to speak of my experience. I cannot imagine how many more people were paid off to take down bad reviews from this company but this is concerning and quite scary. Package arrived today. This horse statue was put in a box within the main box but was not bubble wrapped. Only a sheet of brown paper enclosed it in a box. No surprise, it was broken. I’m very upset about this so I just called and told them it arrived damaged. The guy I spoke to got very snarky with me saying not to insult him since I asked him why he didn’t think to wrap someone so fragile in bubble wrap. Very disappointing. I want my money back.

Do yourself a favor and never come here for any of their services. Never in my life have I experienced such rudeness in my life. They literally turned me away to print two labels to send out my packages. I’m just following what the company told me to do, and was not I’m not allowed to do that and I was even nice. Never ever again. I was told im not allowed to come Back. Something is seriously wrong with this guy. Way over priced for no reason at all.
