No frills place to see live music. Looks like a quonset hut from the inside with high ceilings. It might benefit from some AC in the summer but that might be nit-picking. Good viewing of the stage and the sound was clear and crisp. If the goal is to provide a unassuming venue for live music, this place delivers.

Yes, but limited. Sometimes they'll set up a bunch of folding chairs for the audience, but it seems to depend on the event.
