Bought a MacBook Air at Micro Center last fall. Also bought Micro Center's protection plan.
MacBook Air is non-functioning.
How does one make use of the protection plan?
We have no documentation, does Micro Center keep records of those enrolled?

I'd honestly just show up and explain the situation. My guess is that they can verify both the purchase of the product and the protection plan based on their credit card records. Super helpful people though so getting in contact would be step 1👍
