These employees are a TEAM and it shows!! I watched in awe as they whipped out orders in perfect rhythm and harmony with each other. Also, I don’t know if it’s my hunger talking, but I think they may cook the food a little differently- it’s much tastier than other chipotle I’ve had! You all are awesome and welcoming and kind and hardworking. You are appreciated!!

Management definitely needs to oversee priorities. I was there to order a lunch takeout and there was NO ONE in line I was the first to be attended and even though there were 7 employed behind the counter it took 10 minutes for someone come take my order and another 5 for a different person come finish and charge me for it which during this time other people came in and got in line. Not a good experience at all and even wrost since they were not busy at all there were 2 people eating inside and no one other customer waiting.

I’m extremely fond of Chipotle and have found that their quality control standards have been pretty consistent from location-to-location, however, this location is by far an outlier. Not once, but twice I have encountered an experience where a 1/3 of their food items are out, they are an hour behind on mobile orders (quoting them on it) so there is 10 people waiting, and overall an extremely messy environment. This last time I went, based on the aforementioned environment, I did not even have enough confidence that they would cook the food safely, so I decided to leave once I got to the front of the line. If Chipotle corporate is reading this, seriously consider doing a review of this location, and more importantly the manager/franchise owner because they seem to completely disregard management best practices and the standard of Chipotle.

Terrible staff here. Hours are inaccurate. THEY CLOSE BEFORE 8! DON'T TRY TO PUT ORDERS IN AFTER THAT! You'd think they'd get that updated on the app before people pay for pickup only to arrive and not be able to get in. When I tried to get their attention, everyone purposefully ignored me. Eventually, one just gave me a "you're SOL" gesture and continued on with what he was doing.
