I recently used the online process to rent a unit and complete the contract. I downloaded the app and was able to complete the necessary documents, make payment, and immediately receive confirmation. I was provided unit number and access codes. The lock I requested was ready for me in the unit when I arrived just an hour after starting the process. I did not need to wait and talk with anyone. But I did receive a very courteous call a few days later to check if all went well. I am very pleased with the process and got a very good price that was only available online.
