5/5! Not only was the food delicious on their cute patio, one of the gentleman management (or owner) came around and asked everyone the food was. Overall the experience was amazing, and the food was out of this world.

Roti has been a good experience for us. It’s pretty fresh for the “fast food” order-and-go style. I really enjoyed the “I dream of Tahini” bowl, or the Chicken Medley if you’re in the mood for a salad. This location is also great for a quick dinner on your way to shop at West End or go to the movie theater.

I've had two disappointing orders in two weeks. Like others who have reviewed here, the food tastes great. However, unless you stand in line and watch the person make your meal, you are likely in for disappointment. One of my orders was via grubhub for pickup. One was for pickup via Roti's online interface. Both of these orders had issues. One was just about quantities. There was barely any chicken or the other sides - but plenty of rice. The second order I placed was for a chicken bowl - I received falafel. Their quality control/attention to detail is kind of a mess these days. Finally, I sent reviews detailing all of this after each order with zero response. Do they really care? Seems not.

Their food tastes good. We ordered delivery from them three times in the span of a 6 weeks and the first time was a good experience. The second time we ordered bowls with sides of pita (which are included), but you have to select if you want pita or gluten free pita. If you don't select you just don't get it. Kind of annoying. We figured we'd give it another chance and we ordered extra chicken for $5. We selected the bread this time and got our side of pita but only received 1/3 cups of sauces. The extra chicken didn't arrive. There was probably 5 chunks of chicken in each bowl. The delivery guy was great, but a 1/3 success rate isn't impressive. Skimp on the rice? The first photo was when we stirred sauces into our bowls which is why they look semi full. Very disappointing experience. I understand food prices are going up. We're supporting restaurants because we want to see them succeed, but when you have this experience 2/3 times we're not ordering from them again.
