Worked with Kevin - came in late June 3rd (6 pm, closes at 7 pm) received great service. He was patient, not rushed, answered all of my questions and if he didn’t know, he was quick to grab a colleague for another opinion. After 45 mins I bought my bike, 2x saddle packs, 2x Sena helmets, 2x bike locks without hesitation. Highly recommend, he is very low pressure and patient. Great to work with. When we get our bike trailer, and more accessories I will make sure to order them with Kevin.

I was treated well, got the help I needed to order a replacement part for a pair of biking shoes (not your everyday request), and the order was ready in just four days (had to be shipped). Only reason for the “4” stars rather than 5 is the long wait for service or even acknowledgement. There were available people, but getting started took longer than I thought it should have. You guys are great and I will continue buying all bike stuff from Erik’s!

We have bought numerous bikes here throughout the years. The workers there are amazing. They are super knowledgeable. There are times when it’s been busy and we’ve had to wait for someone to help us, but it’s well worth it. I don’t go anywhere else for our families bikes. We’ve actually gone to a couple of their locations, and they’re all fantastic.

I dropped off my bike for the purpose of having it checked over and seeing if it was in need of repairs after being in the garage all winter. The store was pleasantly busy and the staff were quick to help. The worker who helped me, Chris I believe, was swift in looking up my customer profile and getting me a quote for the services. Then a few hours later he contacted me via text letting me know my bike was ready for pickup. All in all it was a swift and very positive experience. I will certainly keep coming to Erik's bikes for services and other biking needs.
