I'd say about 15-20 minutes. Considering the price and the ability to take the shuttle, it's minimal and convenient. I have stayed there and driven myself to the airport as well. It beats driving through Denver traffic. If you want a closer hotel, there is one that connects to the terminal but you're going to pay 4 times as much for "convenience". Just a thought.
About 20 minutes max to either the terminal or rental returns. Just about the same as any other airport hotels on Tower Rd.
Staying here was the best decision for my family. We have young children and had a red eye flight. Staying so close to the airport saved the day. Consider this: FREE hotel parking and FREE shuttle to the airport more than pays for itself. For us, we were out of town for a week, so this was a HUGE savings.
We returned a rental car but considering most of the hotels are not close to the airport not much choice.

It is rather far considering it is "airport" hotel. You have to take shuttle which, if i recall correctly" takes 15 to 20 minutes.
