Positive: Nice beds, bedding, and pillows. Negative: The front desk didn¿t give my ID back and made NO attempt to notify me or return it. So I didn¿t realize it was missing until I got to the airport! They are mailing it to me. But I still can¿t believe an airport hotel put my ID in lost & found!!

So I was traveling back home, when our flight was delayed due to a non compliant passenger. I therefore, missed my connecting flight & volunteered to stay over, as to give someone else a seat. The airline gave me a hotel & food voucher. Many of us from this flight were shuttled via hotel shuttle, from the Denver Airport to the hotel. We all got in an orderly line. It was quite long & we were all tired. The owner of the hotel, the manager, & several staff were on hand to help us get into a room quickly & as painlessly as possible, as well as helping us sign up for our next day airport shuttles. The hotel was clean & nice. It had an indoor pool with hot tub & if I remember correctly, the pool had handicapped accessibility to the pool. They had a small gym, laundry, ice machine, snack area in the lobby, and breakfast room. There was plentiful parking, places to eat, (during the daytime & within walking), fast food & restaurant. They were close to the highway & not too far from the airport. My room was spacious, clean, & had a nice view of the mountains. Breakfast was the usual, continental & included in my stay. Both shuttles were timely, clean, as well as both drivers were very friendly & helpful! Being thrown into such a stressful situation as an unplanned, overnight stay, this hotel & all its staff were a breath of fresh air & much needed helpfulness & kindness! Thank you so much! If I'm ever in the area again or know someone who will be, I'll be sure to recommend your place!

Made reservations with my points for my sister in law. She went to check in around 10:30/11Pm and the night audit man was rude , raise his voice and told her I can’t book rooms under my name for someone else.which when I made my reservations it was under my sister in law name. I’ve been booking rooms for over 10 years & not only that but I work in this Field.. The conduct of this front desk staff was not necessary. Called the manager in the morning and not only he couldn’t introduce himself but when I asked for a manager he said “ what can I help you with” made he think I was talking to a front desk acting like a manager. If all the staff at this property have been trained this way I hope ownership or corporate can come in and re trained them the right Hospitality way.

My plane landed just after 11pm and I waited about 45 min. for the shuttle to the hotel after calling twice and being told it was on the way. It's only about a 10 min. drive. The driver didn't wear a mask. Other than that, check in was smooth. The room was comfortable and spacious, but a bit outdated. Comfy bed, great pillows, hot shower, loud heater. Fine for one night.

Isaac Lucero. They robbed me straight up. They charged my card and said it did not work. So i payed cash. When i returned home i see the charge went through. I had no proof I payed cash because i didnt keep my reciept. I was going back and fourth with the manager who was aware of what happened and knew i was telling the truth because of the transactions that evening. If they dont make it right Ill call and file a complaint with the non emergency number.Im tired of this kind of b.s
