Get enough sunlight. At least 15 minutes a day as close to noon as possible. Take vitamin D. And do exercises that Nathan described. Don't wear glasses while doing it, your eyes become dependent on glasses and thus get "lazy".
Eat a carrot 🥕. Then look at something close up, mid distant, then far away. Example: car, bird, plane. Repeat.
