Usually love starbucks but this is the 3rd time ive gotten overly watered down chai tea... it really sucks to have paid almost $6 for tea that taste like a tea bag was quickly dunked in it and a splash of milk was added... i can make that at home for less than $1

Tried Starbucks again. Haven't been there since their employees participated in their police-hate activities. Not surprising, they had bad attitudes and were nothing short of rude. They did not have time for me and my dark roast drip. I guess if you're not buying a six-dollar drink, you're not welcome. Well, okay.

Nothing I love more than drinking bitter coffee followed by violently sweet coffee. I ask for my drinks stirred everytime and I consistently get a layer of syrup at the bottom. And now with the straw-less lids I make myself suffer through an overpriced drink. I like the straw-less lid, it's a great initiative. But do us all a favor and just stir our drinks, especially if explicitly asked..
